Nevan came to real estate from the other side of the table — as the buyer, the seller, and the one making the move. Buying, selling, relocating and investing on his own showed him how much the right property can do for a family: stability, opportunity, and long-term financial security. It also showed him how much difference knowledgeable representation makes. What motivates him now is helping clients make confident decisions, and making sure they feel informed and supported from the first conversation through to closing.
His favorite part of the job is helping people turn an important goal into a finished, successful outcome. A transaction can feel complicated or overwhelming, so Nevan works to simplify the process, solve the problems before they land on his client, and advocate hard on their behalf. Handing over the keys — or helping a client make a smart investment — is what he finds most rewarding.
As an active-duty Coast Guardsman, Nevan specializes in helping military members, veterans and their families with relocations, VA-financed purchases and investment properties. He also has personal experience with new construction, rental properties and investing in the Florida Panhandle. His primary market is the Greater Pensacola area, including Cantonment and the surrounding communities. Military moves come with tight timelines, long-distance decisions and financial considerations most buyers never face; having been through them himself, he understands what a responsive agent who communicates clearly is worth. He also enjoys helping clients see real estate as a tool for building lasting security and generational wealth.
Outside of real estate, Nevan continues to serve in the United States Coast Guard and spends his time with his wife and daughter. He is usually on the water — boating or fishing — collecting watches, or out exploring the Gulf Coast. Real estate investing is both his profession and his hobby, so odds are good he’s researching a property or planning the next project.
