Little Ranch Realty Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 5, 2026

1. Who We Are

Little Ranch Realty (“Little Ranch Realty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a licensed real estate brokerage operating in Florida and Alabama. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, littleranchrealty.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Little Ranch Realty is a new company, and this policy describes our current practices. We will update it as our business grows.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy covers information collected through the Site — our forms, tools, and pages. It does not cover information you may share with one of our agents directly by phone, text, email, or in person, which is governed by our agents’ own professional and ethical obligations as licensees.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to give us. Depending on which page you use, that may include:

Contact form. Name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message.

What’s My Home Worth. Name, email address, phone number, the property address, your selling timeline, and any details you add.

What’s My Land Worth. Name, email address, phone number, acreage, location, road access, current use of the land, available utilities, your timeline, and any details you add.

Pop-up contact prompts. The same short form as our Contact page — name, email, and what you’re looking for.

Agent portal login. If you are a Little Ranch Realty agent, your username, email address, and password (stored in encrypted form) so you can sign in. This is not a public-facing feature and is not available to site visitors generally.

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers of any kind on this Site. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or similar tools, and we do not build advertising profiles of visitors.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry — to answer your question, provide the home or land valuation you requested, or connect you with the right agent for your area. We do not add form submissions to a marketing list or newsletter. If we ever launch an email newsletter, joining it will be a separate, opt-in choice — never automatic because you filled out a form.

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Communications

We do not currently send text messages to leads or clients, but we may begin doing so in the future. If we do, we will only send text messages to numbers that have given express consent to receive them, whether through a checkbox on a form, an affirmative reply to a text, or another clear opt-in method. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and we will honor that request. Text messaging consent is never a condition of using our services or working with an agent.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses a small number of cookies that come from the software running it — WordPress, our page-builder (Elementor), and our caching service (LiteSpeed Cache) — to keep the Site working correctly and load pages quickly. These are standard technical cookies, not advertising or tracking cookies.

We also use your browser’s own storage (specifically, sessionStorage) to remember if you’ve dismissed a pop-up prompt during your visit. That information stays in your browser and is never sent to us or anyone else.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect how some pages on the Site display or function.

7. Third Parties Who May See Your Information

We work with a small number of service providers to run the Site and our business:

Google Fonts loads the typefaces used on the Site, which means your device’s IP address is visible to Google when a page loads.

Zippopotam.us and Open-Meteo are free public services our Golden Hour and Twelve Months tools call directly from your browser, using only the ZIP code or town name you type in, to look up sunrise/sunset times and seasonal weather information. We never see or store what you search.

Hostinger is our web hosting provider and keeps standard server logs.

Brevo is the email service that delivers form submissions to us.

Google Workspace is where our team receives and manages the leads that come through our forms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

8. Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be direct about what we don’t do. We don’t run behavioral advertising trackers, we don’t build cross-site advertising profiles, and we don’t sell personal information. Because of the scale of our business today, several state privacy laws with high applicability thresholds — including the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and the Alabama Personal Data Protection Act (which does not take effect until May 1, 2027) — do not currently apply to us. We’re noting that here for transparency, not to suggest your privacy matters less to us; if that changes as we grow, we will update this policy and our practices to match.

9. Marketing Communications

If you submit a form on our Site, a member of our team will reply to you directly regarding your inquiry. We do not automatically enroll you in ongoing marketing emails or calls. If you’d like to stop hearing from us, just let the agent or team member who contacted you know, or reach out using the contact information below.

10. How Long We Keep Your Information

Florida real estate licensees are required to retain transaction and brokerage records for at least five years under Rule 61J2-14.012, F.A.C. (longer if the records relate to a dispute or ongoing matter). Alabama has its own recordkeeping requirements for licensees; where our two states’ rules differ, we keep records for the longer of the two required periods.

Website inquiries that don’t lead to a transaction are generally kept only as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable time afterward for our own recordkeeping, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

11. Your Choices and Rights

You can always ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the information below. We will honor reasonable requests unless we’re legally required to keep certain records (such as the brokerage recordkeeping described above).

If you receive a text message from us in the future, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP, as described in Section 5.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for adults seeking real estate services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including secure hosting and encrypted storage of agent portal passwords. No website or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your information appropriately.

14. State Privacy Law Disclosures

As explained in Section 8, the major state privacy statutes that grant specific consumer rights (like the right to opt out of the sale of personal information) do not currently apply to a business of our size and practices. We do not sell personal information, so this distinction has no practical effect on how we treat your information today. As our brokerage grows — including as we officially launch in Alabama — we will monitor which laws apply to us and update this policy accordingly.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our business, our tools, or the law changes. We will post the revised policy on this page with a new effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
