With two years of experience as a real estate agent but over a decade in property management, what started as a hobby grew into the thing Dan is most passionate about. What he loves is the joy of helping folks buy a home, or get one ready to sell — guiding families to the closing table and being part of their next chapter. He calls it the privilege of a lifetime, and it is not one he takes lightly. He thrives on a difficult negotiation: maximizing the value of a sale, minimizing the price on a purchase, and making sure his client’s needs are met. He is honest, he keeps it real, and he will keep you actively involved in your own buy or sell.
Dan is a military member himself, 29 years as a Mustang officer with the Coast Guard, and he has made more than ten PCS moves of his own. He knows firsthand the stress that comes with moving — across the street, across the country, or further — and he uses that experience to take as much of it as he can off the families PCSing to and from the area, so they can focus on reporting or departing and everything else a move brings with it. He especially enjoys working with military families, first responders and first-time buyers. He is there at every step, brings professional photography to a listing, and works so that when closing approaches there are no surprises.
Away from work, Dan is with his family — he is a new grandpa — or out searching for golf balls he launched into the woods off virtually any tee box he has stood on. He fishes, he boats, and he flies: he is an instrument-rated pilot of small single-engine planes.
