Luis came to real estate looking for work that genuinely matters, and fell in love with the industry once he was in it. His long-term vision is a portfolio that provides housing opportunities for veterans, supports business owners, and helps revitalize communities that need investment and care — and that gives him the freedom to mentor younger veterans transitioning into civilian life. What keeps him motivated is knowing that real estate can create more than wealth: it can create stability, opportunity, and stronger communities.
His specialty is problem-solving. He approaches real estate like a project manager — tell him what you are trying to accomplish and he will figure out the best path to get it done. He enjoys working with different types of clients and transactions, especially the ones that take resourcefulness, persistence and creative thinking. Luis loves helping clients accomplish something that is genuinely important to them — and showings: he loves to explore architecture, layouts and renovations, fueling him with new and innovative ideas.
Outside of work, Luis is usually salsa dancing at a social somewhere, training in combat sports, or in the gym with friends. The rest of the time there’s a good chance he’s trying a restaurant he hasn’t been to yet. If it involves movement, good people, good music or good food, he’s in.
